We brew this in early January and start selling it the following November. It takes two times as much barley and hops to make a single batch of this very strong ale. The reason wine is in the name is because of the wine-like strength of 10 % alchohol

A German Ale which uses ale yeast and lager techniques to produce a beer with a blending of pilsner and ale characteristics. Alc / vol: 4.5%
Pumpkin Ale
Brewed with 300 lbs of pumpkin added to the Mash Tun this high alcohol Ale is made only in the fall. Pumpkin Ale is full-bodied with a hint of Spices including vannilla, cinnamon, ginger and cumin. Alc / vol: 4.5%
